We are a bilingual Montessori school dedicated to guiding children aged 3 to 12 in their educational journey. Our mission is to nurture each child's individuality, helping them develop self-confidence, resilience, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Nestled at the foot of the Jura mountains in La Rippe, our school is just a short distance from Nyon and Divonne. With five classes and approximately 85 students, we offer a warm and enriching atmosphere where both children and educators thrive.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an English mother tongue Montessori Teacher or Teaching Assistant to join our team and support our French-speaking Head Teacher in the elementary class (ages 6-12).

About You

• Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Holder of a Montessori AMI 6-12 certificate.
• A strong advocate of Montessori education and its core principles.
• Open-minded, curious, and a positive team player.
• Comfortable interacting with both children and adults (colleagues, parents, etc.).
