The Nouvelle École is looking for a qualified Assistant-e socio-éducative. We are a private school located in the heart of Geneva's old town. Through a blend of active pedagogies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia), we offer an education focused on a child-centered approach, where the teacher acts as a facilitator, guiding children through the learning process. The educational team supports the children in developing their self-confidence and enthusiasm for learning. Children are active participants and progress at their own pace.

Your Profile:

• Experience or interest in child-centered pedagogies such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia approaches; training in one of these methods is a plus.
• Passion for education and early childhood development.
• Experience working with young children, particularly ages 2-3.
• Good level of English and French, both spoken and written, to interact in a multilingual environment.
• Professional qualities: organized, meticulous, autonomous, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Punctuality and reliability in carrying out tasks.
• Degree or certification related to educational or socio-educational fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in an educational or socio-educational setting.
• Personal qualities: autonomy, patience, energy, creativity, listening skills, team spirit, and punctuality.
